This is the Arctic color of the Ivory Jacks DymondWood ulu, a handle in layered blue and brown. DymondWood is made from thin layers of dyed birch pressed together under high pressure, so the handle is tough, stable, and shows its color in bands.
The blade is 440 stainless steel, and the ulu comes with a base in a matching color so it can sit out on the counter. It's an everyday kitchen knife for chopping vegetables, herbs, meat, and fish.
